We post your job description on all of our chats, websites, and social media (with 3000+ candidates). We then vet and interview any potential candidates to ensure that we only offer you the best and most qualified candidates. If they pass our interviews we send you their resume and you can decide whether or not you would like your own interview with them. If you choose to hire them we charge a recruiting fee of 8%-15% of the candidates first year salary depending on the position and the salary. The recruiting fee is only due after 30-70 days of the employee working for you (this also varies based on the position and salary). We do this to ensure that the candidate is a good fit for your company long term.
